Our mission isn’t just to create the finest candles, but also to ensure your experience is as smooth and delightful as the fragrances we offer. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

📦 Returns

Should you wish to return an item, you have 7 working days from the date you received it. Your returned item must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.


Upon receiving your returned item, we'll inspect it promptly. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund, making the process as transparent as possible. Once approved, your refund will be initiated to your credit/debit card (or your original method of payment) within just a few days.


Please note, you will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Unfortunately, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
