Returns and refunds are easy and stress-free.
Thank you for choosing to shop at The Chelsea Candle Company. We don't just want to make the best candles; we also want to make sure that your experience is as smooth and pleasant as the scents we offer.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll make it right.
Returns: You have 14 days after getting your item to let us know if you want to send it back.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a return. This means that it must be unused, have tags, and be in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase or a receipt.
How to Begin a Return: To begin a return, simply email us at care@thechelseacandlecompany.co.uk
If we accept your return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please keep in mind that customers have to pay for return shipping, and the shipping costs that were charged at the beginning are not refundable. We will not accept items that are sent back to us without first asking for a return.
Problems and Damages As soon as your order arrives, please check it. Please get in touch with us right away if anything is broken, damaged, or if you get the wrong item so we can fix it for you.
Items that can't be returned or exceptions Some things can't be returned, like custom-made things (like special orders or personalised items). If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please get in touch.
Money back We will let you know when we get your return and check it out. If your request is approved, you will get your money back automatically within 10 business days. Also, keep in mind that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
